On the website, patients can request treatment for around 35 medical concerns, such as asthma, cystitis, hay fever, migraine and contraception. This is based on a medical questionnaire. The doctors then check whether the requested treatment is suitable and issue a prescription where appropriate.

Based on 2 photos of a skin problem, patients usually receive a medical diagnosis, initial assessment or treatment recommendation within one working day.

ZAVA also offers selected home test kits, including laboratory analysis and medical evaluation. Whether remote treatment or a prescription is possible is always decided by the treating doctor based on the patient's individual health situation. If necessary, the doctors recommend an examination at a local practice.
